What: Improvers running group – single sessions

Each session will include:
- warm-up
- exercises to help with technique and strength
- intervals-based session
- cool down and stretches
Improvers sessions are for runners who have completed our Start to Run course or are able to run for 30 minutes continuously. They are usually intervals-based sessions – either hill or speed – and are designed to help you runner stronger and faster.
Each session will be limited to 15 people and, if you haven’t run with us before, you will need to complete a health questionnaire to confirm you are able to take part. With the single sessions we also expect payment up front.
How do I sign up?
Complete the form below and please include an email address so we can confirm we have received your booking and send you a questionnaire about your current health. Once this has been completed and returned to us you are registered and ready to start running!
