Our commitment to you

  1. The coach, by agreeing to work with you, will commit to working to the goals agreed jointly by you and the coach. The coach will available for the help and support within the chosen coaching service.
  2. The coach will work with you to provide a relevant programme of exercise that works for you, your schedule and your goals.
  3. The coach reserves the right to not work with you if they believe your goals are unachievable or may lead to injury or illness.

Your commitment to us

  1. You are responsible for ensuring you are healthy and fit enough to complete your coaching session. All runners must complete the provided questionnaire prior to starting any running programmes with Trian Run Repeat.
  2. It is also your responsibility to inform your coach of any changes to your health or any injuries which might affect your ability to exercise safely.
  3. It is your responsibility to wear appropriate clothing to any coaching sessions or when training by yourself. If in doubt, ask.
  4. Train Run Repeat accepts no liability for any damage, injury, or loss suffered by or to you, or to any other persons, or to any property in connection with running coaching or otherwise.
  5. Personal items are your responsibility.
  6. To get the best out of the coaching and guidance received from your coach, you need to make the required commitment in terms of time and effort. However, results cannot be guaranteed by your coach.


Refunds, Cancellation, and Further Coaching Terms and Conditions

  1. For one-to-one coaching sessions, 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations otherwise you will still be charged.
  2. For group courses, refunds are not available except under exceptional circumstances agreed with your coach.
  3. One-to-one and group sessions will not be cancelled due to inclement weather unless it poses a health and safety risk.
  4. If you fail to turn up for a one-to-one coaching session, payment in full will be due, or, in the case of pre-payment, a refund will not be possible.
  5. If you are late for a one-to-one coaching session, that the session will not be extended to account for this. Your coach reserves the right to leave if you are more than 15 minutes late.
  6. One-to-one coaching sessions will be up to one hour in duration.
  7. Group sessions will be up to one hour, but may be shorter when appropriate, for example for the first few sessions of a beginners’ course.
  8. All fees paid for coaching services are non-refundable, except where the coach does not fulfil his/her duty.
  9. Train Run Repeat reserves the right to cancel or refuse coaching at any time if the participant has acted maliciously, negligently, or with misconduct.
  10. Any one-to-one coaching sessions that are pre-paid in a block must be used with the timeframe outlined on the web page.
  11. Train Run Repeat cannot offer refunds if it you do not achieve your goals, unless the coach has not fulfilled his/her duty as outlined on this website and at the beginning of any agreement.
  12. One-to-one coaching sessions must be used within six months from the purchase date, unless there is prior agreement with the coach.
  13. Train Run Repeat will not allow ‘pausing’ of online coaching, unless there is prior agreement with the coach. If prior agreement is made to pause the online coaching, it must be resumed within six months of the pause date.

General
