Our aim is to encourage and support anyone and everyone who wants to run - whether they are starting out or are experienced event runners.

Start to run

Our Start to Run courses are for people who are just starting on their running journey or restarting after a break. These run in the Charnwood area of Leicestershire.

Running plans

Our training plans are tailored to your individual running goals. We usually work to eight-week or 16-week programmes but can customise these depending on your goals.

One to one coaching

One to one coaching will provide you with a personalised programme and support to achieve your running goals - whether these are a first Parkrun or a marathon.
