At Train Run Repeat we offer a mix of online and face-to-face coaching plans and programmes that work around the time you have to run, your lifestyle and other commitments.

With one-to-one coaching we can work with you to help you achieve your running goals – whether you plan on running a marathon or completing your first parkrun. We can also help you improve your running technique to be a more efficient runner and reduce the risk of injury.

Face to face coaching

Single sessions: duration one hour

Our single sessions are an opportunity to get a coach’s eye view on your running technique and provide some input to support you in reaching your running goals. Before each session we will agree with you what your goal is for the session.

Block of eight sessions: duration 45 mins to one hour

Your block of eight sessions includes either an online or telephone call prior to the first session with your coach to discuss your running goals. Once agreed, each face to face session will be tailored to helping you reach that goal and you will receive a weekly plan detailing additional sessions to do on your own.
