Running plans can be anything from eight to 24 weeks long, depending on where you are now and your running goals. Each week you will receive a plan detailing your running sessions, recovery and any additional activities we think will compliment your running and help you reach that goal.

At the start of your plan, you will talk to your coach to agree your goals and discuss where you are now with your running. We will also ask you how often you are able to run, what other activities you enjoy and how your job, family commitments and lifestyle may impact on a training plan.

You will be able to talk to your coach regularly as you work through your plan to discuss how you are progressing, any questions you might have and any changes that may need to be made to your training in the week ahead.
