What: Beginners’ running group
Where: Sileby (meet in the Tesco car park)

Each week will include:
- exercises to help with technique and strength
- walk/run programme aimed at gradually introducing running
- cool down and stretches
All runners will be invited to join a dedicated Facebook group where, as well as receiving tips, guidance and answers to running-related questions, you can also share your achievements and offer encouragement and support to others in the group.
While this course is designed for complete beginners, it is also suitable for people returning to running. To get the most out of this course, you will also need to do some homework! This will be shared at each session and through the Facebook group.
The course will be limited to 15 people and places will be confirmed once payment and the completed health questionnaire is received. All participants will be asked to complete a participation in activity questionnaire before taking in part in this course.
How do I sign up?
Complete the form below and please include an email address so we can confirm we have received your booking and send you a questionnaire about your current health. Once this has been completed and returned to us you are registered and ready to start running!
Unless you are attending a free taster session, payment for the full course is due after the first week.
